I am interested in developing a more environmentally friendly lifestyle. I also realize that I need a systematic process of reducing maladaptive behaviors and adopting more ecologically consitant behaviors. I understand that this is a a very behavioral approach to this process, but it makes sense for me.
So.....where do I start? I listened to a podcast about a family in New York City attempting to live a zero impact lifestyle. They went through steps. Does anyone know the steps they took and how?
