THE CORE MODEL OF PERMACULTURE DESIGN
Permaculture Design Solutions and Practices
Introduction with an Advanced Training Module
February 24th - 29th, 2008
Esalen Institute, Big Sur, Ca

This is a great workshop coming up, Experience Big Sur at the height of mushroom foraging season ...  the lingering presence of the magic of whales and butterflies surround our learning environment in the sea and sky while we ground and connect at the farm -- planting food forrests and harvesting medicine from the gardens .

Make time for what really matters. Don't just learn life skills but learn the skill of life design

This course is being offered as both an Introduction to Permaculture Design
and as an Advanced Course for those who are wanting to refine their
skills and go deeper into the main principles and practices of Permaculture Design.
Also time will be available to rest and recharge in the healing Hot Springs of Esalen.

This workshop will explore the design principles and strategies of
Permaculture, a holistic approach that gives you practical tools
for being apart of the solution. Permaculture teaches how to design
human systems that follow the natural patterns and wisdom of
indigenous ways—energy-efficient methods to integrate food, water
shelter, and landscape to enhance the environment and create a fully
sustainable system.

For those who have already versed in Permaculture Design and  would like a renewal
to the core aspects of this design system, this course will offer new insights to how
Permaculture is being applied to many areas of our culture today.
