Join us in Hana, Hawaii May 25th – May 31st!
Experience Indigenous Hawai’i, Connect with the Bioneers Vision and Each Other
Aloha Bioneers Friends!
We are thrilled to invite you to join us for our first Bioneers Kinship Circle journey – a Maui gathering of our inner circle of Bioneers donor activists with Native elders and masters, and key Bioneers staff including our Indigenous Knowledge Program Director Cara Romero (Chemehuevi) and indigenous Board member Melissa Nelson (Chippewa).
At this extraordinary threshold of actualization for Bioneers, together we will dive deep into the Bioneers vision, get to know each other, and immerse ourselves in the sophisticated indigenous science, Aloha culture and spirit of Hawai’i in beautiful Hana. The real deal.
This will be a chance to deepen our learning, personal connections and action by spending spacious time together beyond the demands of our busy daily lives.
We have planned this once-in-a lifetime experience with indigenous allies, hosted at the Ala Kukui Retreat Center. It’s a place of refuge where people come to reflect and reconsider what is profound, true, and hopeful on our planet. It’s located in a region whose living Native culture treasures deep and ancient values, guided by persons of conscience and caring. Special thanks to Ala Kukui founder and our host Susan O’Connor, a Kinship member and visionary activist.
Imagine this as a cultural sojourn into dreaming the future with remarkable Bioneers friends, with environmental and indigenous education, ceremonies, music, and traditional foods, plus optional excursions to sacred pools and watersheds with Native guides.
Our journey will include learning about star navigation by indigenous masters, local organic farming and the cultivation of traditional Taro root, and visits to unique and deeply spiritual lands. Beachside lodging is at the lush Travaasa Hana Spa and Resort, a tropical oasis.
We want you to join us! The rooms are reserved, and the guides are lined up!
The price is $2,995, an all-inclusive rate with meals, ground transportation and lodging. (Airfare is not included). Reserve your space now, as space is very limited.
