Women's Leadership

Women's Leadership

Real, lasting change of humanity’s environmental and socio-political behaviors are possible — but requires transforming core attitudes toward the “feminine” (in all its forms) at the deepest levels of our psyches.

The most profoundly important changes in our culture's core values are taking place in a vast wave of unstoppable movements that are reclaiming the feminine and unleashing the long suppressed creative power of women.

Thought leaders and activists are guiding a complex dialogue on women’s leadership with new perspectives, including intersectional feminism and ecofeminism and beyond.

In this talk, Patrisse Cullors explores the contributions women have made to the movement for Black lives historically and in the present; the institutional racism that still permeates our society; and the diverse ways women have been criminalized and have fought back to change the course of history.
