Lois Ellen Frank explains how the “Three Sisters,” or squash, corn and beans, a traditional dietary staple for many Native American peoples, are in fact quite healthy. This talk (of which a clip is shown) was given at the Indigenous Forum, co-produced with the Cultural Conservatory, at the 2012 Bioneers Annual Conference.
